You have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
We want you to love the product. Please always contact us for any return related questions, and we’ll do our best to sort you out.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened (except in the case of faulty items or exercising a right of withdrawal) and in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging including all box inserts, and packed with care. You must not have produced content with it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to impose a restocking or refurbishment deduction for opened box items, used or incomplete items, or those where the return guidelines above were not met—except when exercising a right of withdrawal (more below) or where prohibited by law.
Please send your items back as soon as you can, no later than 14 days after delivery receipt. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Shipping charges from our warehouse will not be refunded.
However we never charge deductions or shipping fees for faulty products or where prohibited.
Please note that Telepathic Instruments is not responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.
Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding our general policy, if your order is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You may open and inspect your product as you would in a store to establish the nature and functionality of the product. If it’s been used beyond that, we may make a fair deduction for any loss in value, as permitted by law.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please get in touch.
Cancellations
While we ship out orders straight away, we can’t guarantee that order cancellations are possible before they are fulfilled. But to give yourself the best chance, please get in touch at [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order.
